Tattoo Removal Creams: Cheap, Painfree, and Sort of Works
Posted on September 21st, 2009 No commentsTattoo removal creams – or “fade kits”, as they’re sometimes weakly called – are a cheap, no-pain solution to tattoo removal. Oh, there’s just one catch: they only sort of work! Ha!
Yes, the controversy surrounding them from the very beginning has been on this point. The truth is, the do work, just not spectacularly, and just no as easily with certain tattoos. To be clear, you’ll see better success with older, low quality tattoos than with newer, high quality tattoos.
Why is this so? I don’t really know the technical reasons, but it’s easy enough to imagine that badly done amateur inks, perhaps not properly put into the epidermis in the first place, are easier to target with a tattoo removal cream than the same cream can with new, “built to last” professional inking equipment.
